History & Milestones

The college is started in July 2011 with three degree courses.Now there are 10 degree courses (UG) and 4 PG courses with a total strength of 1500 students. The college was elevated to the status of a postgraduate college in 2014 with the introduction of postgraduate courses. The college managing committee elected by the trustees managing college. Dr. T.P. Ahamed is the principal of the college. The management is making all effort to make the college on full residential pattern by providing curricular and co-curricular activities for both mental and moral development of the students. The college is open to students of all casts and creeds and provides amenities for the cosmopolitan atmosphere in the campus.

The establishment of the college was the result of the collective efforts of dedicated educationists, philanthropists, and community leaders, including Dr. N. K. Mohammed, the region's first practitioner of modern medicine, and Sri K. V. Mohamed, whose commitment to education transformed aspirations into reality.

From serving a handful of students to becoming a vibrant academic community, the college has continuously expanded its horizons while remaining deeply connected to its founding values.

Affiliated with the University of Calicut and recognized under Sections 2(f) and 12(B) of the UGC Act, the college has consistently maintained high academic standards while fostering holistic student development.
